Use of the Site
Eligibility and Access
By accessing or using 91 Club at 91clubplay.in.net (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable Indian law, and are not prohibited from using the Site under any central or state legislation in force in your jurisdiction. Users accessing the Site from states where applicable gaming or entertainment regulations impose additional restrictions are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with those rules before participating.
Permitted Use
You may access and use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). All activity on 91 Club must comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and any other regulations applicable to online platforms operating in India. Any payments processed through the Site must be conducted via legitimate, verifiable methods; we support widely used Indian payment instruments including UPI apps such as PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), and BHIM, as well as net banking and authorised debit or credit cards.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Site to engage in fraud, impersonation, unauthorised data scraping, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or harm other users. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, introducing malicious code or automated bots, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities for personal gain are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement authorities.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of Content
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, audio-visual material, software code, and the overall look and feel of the interface, is the exclusive property of 91 Club or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and applicable international intellectual property treaties to which India is a signatory. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any 91 Club content constitutes infringement and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Indian law.
Limited Licence to Users
91 Club grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Site for lawful personal use only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without prior written consent. Any systematic extraction of data from the Site, whether by manual means or automated tools, falls outside the scope of this licence and is expressly prohibited.
User-Submitted Content
Where the Site allows you to submit feedback, reviews, or other material, you grant 91 Club a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, adapt, and publish that content. You warrant that any submission is original, does not infringe third-party rights, and does not contain defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material. 91 Club reserves the right to remove any user content that violates these Terms or applicable law without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content, features, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 91 Club does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, payment gateway downtime, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
Cap on Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, 91 Club, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of 91 Club to you shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to 91 Club in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party payment and analytics services. 91 Club does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party site or service.
